[Keito slams open the dojo's sliding door, panting. He's sweating and it feels horrible, doing nothing to improve his already sour mood.]

Kiryu! [It's supposed to sound commanding. Instead it's just wheezed out. Even his imposing pointed finger has become more of a floppy arm.

This is what he gets for chasing Kiryu around the school all day. If he were a less stubborn person he may have given up, pursued this another day. Start again, refreshed, tidy, not covered in sweat and a rumpled mess from head-to-toe. Looks were important, especially with what he was about to do.

He tries that imposing point again. Still doesn't work, though this time it's because he's gripping the side of the door.

Whatever. He has to get to the point before another person comes and snags Kuro away.] Kiryu, I–I demand you take me on a date. If that... aligns with your... taste. [Oh, god. His legs feel like jelly.] ... Can I sit down?

[ keito would have done better to like, text or call kuro to try to run him to ground. of course it's impossible to catch up until just now - and even right now kuro's still in the middle of things, a few pins held absently in his mouth as he sets the fabric of the current uniform laid out in front of him just so.

[ kuro doesn't shift away, although he does reach for kanzaki's uniform, fingers finding the needle again to thread it in and out, quick. he doesn't point out keito didn't say the words specifically, either, because it doesn't really bother him. ]

[He could push that issue–make Kuro give him the compliments he was fishing for–but he's already satisfied with the confession he forced out. For once, he'll be merciful.

He picks up the designs again, flipping through the pages, once, twice, three times, before stopping on Kuro's design for himself.]

And why can't you wearing them also become tradition? I think they'd suit you well, too.

It might be a bit of a tight fit? It'll take me a little longer to actually get some for myself, but I don't really have an objection.

If it's like that, though, we may as well get Kanzaki to have them, too. He'll worry otherwise.

Not if we make him the center. The lead should always have differences in appearance to attract the audience's attention. You know that well enough. You've excelled at it since Akatsuki started.
